Anthony Hessert, Casco Bay Ford Sales Consultant, did everything he could to answer my questions to the extent of setting up a parking situation in the dealership lot to help me experience and try the Explorer's Park Assist feature. He is very comfortable with all the techology this vehicle has and worked with me on some of the it's unique features. When I first sat in my Explorer for the first time, he had set up the MyFord Touch and showed me the set up asking me if I wanted to change anything as we went through the various screens. I pick up my second new Ford (F-150 FX4) tomorrow from Casco Bay Ford. |

I called Kurt at Casco Bay Ford, and he got a hold of the bank and was able to add the $1000 to my total loan amount. He and Anthony Hessert (my sales rep) were incredibly helpful in making sure that this was adjusted -they overnighted a new contract to me (but Anthony did offer to drive to Mass to bring it to me). Kurt took care of the financials and Anthony calmed me down -I'm only 23, and $1000 is a lot of money to me! I have learned my lesson about taxes, and feel incredibly thankful that I had such wonderful people to help me. I have heard horror stories about buying a new car (this is my first!), and even though I had a rough patch, I would definitely come back to Casco Bay Ford, and I would like to work with Anthony and Kurt again. |

I wanted to share with you, the reason I chose Casco Ford over all the others that I emailed in the state. I sent out several inquiries looking for dealers that I could work with and out of all of the super salespeople out there I picked you. You didn't push for a reply like most did and you were relaxed in your response and didn't push for a working phone number because I intentionally listed an old number to eliminate the onslaught of pushy sales calls. You wouldn't believe some of the tacky lines that are still being used. When I called using my cell phone you took a chance by returning my call grabbing my cell #, which at first made me think, but I am glad you did since I would not have come down if I couldn't test drive it. Good decision made on your part. I also enjoyed chatting and negotiating with Joe, he is also a relaxed person, and someone easy to deal with. My wife who has a 2007 Sport Trac is thinking that we might be working on another Escape Hybrid in the fall. Kurt, took time to work on my deal during his supposed day off which I appreciate even if I was stressed out that day.
