I come from a very customer service oriented background. Working at L.L.Bean for most of my career really provided a great lead into customer interaction here at Casco Bay Ford. I have a Business Certificate from Bennington College. I have also taken many continuing education courses in leadership, communications and computer programs. I was told by several persons that I would like the way the Casco Bay Ford family treats their employees and their customers. They said it was altogether different than you would expect. After some initial reluctance to leave my job security at L.L. Bean, I went and interviewed for a position, here I am into my forth year and I am most happy with my decision. Casco Bay Ford is a place where the customer can experience an environment of low-pressure and honesty which does not exist at most dealerships. I enjoy working here and hope you choose to experience this first-hand.
