The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

I’ve been going to Casco bay for quite sometime and have purchased several vehicles off of them. Sales team is great and I’ll continue to buy vehicles off them. However service center sucks they used to be great but have gone way down hill. You have to manage your own repairs they will never call and update you and they book out for several weeks.

Extremely pleased with the whole team, especially JOSHUA LIBBY, very professional, kind, knowledgeable, went there with a 2023 150, truck, which I loved but needed to upgrade to replace my plow truck, and they worked magic took my old truck put in a 2024 250 and lowered my payments, that was amazing, will work with these people going forward.

I finally was able to pick up my Ford F-350 Lariat at Casco Bay Ford. I never meant the Salesperson Josh until I picked up my Truck he was fine but wish he spent more time going over truck with me. Staff wasted my time, and prejudged my appearance. After a 70hr work week, I decided to dress down with sweatpants and a tee shirt. Did not even bother to introduce himself. Nor did he even want to look at any finical statements. Staff also showed a car that I was not interested based on price. The car I wanted was not on the lot. I will not even consider them as a dealership.

On the day after Thanksgiving, I bought my much needed F250 truck with the new 7.3 liter V8, aka the Godzilla. On June 19th, 2019, my wife and I were returning home to Pennsylvania from Bar Harbor when the windsheild wipers on our Winnebago RV stopped working. Because the chassis is built by Ford, we stopped at Casco Bay Ford to see if they good help us. Although we didn't have an appointment, one of their technicians, Brian, took almost an hour to determine what was wrong. They send out the pull snaps to every single resident place and tell them that they win the price of at least $500 and tell them to come in the shop so they can scan it. Doesn’t matter how long your drive is, 2 hour drive to their car dealership and they said you won $2. All they want is luring people in the shop so they can look at their products. Worst kind of advertisement ever. I will never ever shop in this car dealer.

I have my 2013 F150 serviced at Casco Bay Ford in September. They noted that my front brakes needed to be replaced and my tire tread was getting low. I had the front brakes replaced and new tires put on. I had Lyme disease so the truck wasn't used until this last month. I notice the inspection sticker was due so brought the truck into Casco Bay Ford for a sticker. But they were typical high pressure sales tactics, get you in a vehicle and try to not let you leave until you commit to buying. Ugh, so sick of these tricks and traps.

I've dealt with these guys a while now. The counter guys aqre former mechanics, not customer service profeswsionals. The first day we went to look at a vehicle the keys were nowhere to be found so we could not test drive. Left contact info herd nothing. I had to call and schedule a test drive left work early got a baby sitter we were planing on making an offer so my wife came. We arrive on or near time, turns out they sold the car hours earlier. Having delt with other dealers in the area I would have to say there service was by far the worst. Don't waste your time!

We came for a test drive and drove home in a 2008 Saturn Aura. The sales staff was friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. Cody McAllister and Ben Seefeldt were very professional and easy to work with. The finance manager Jeff Mcfarren made the paper work painless. What I liked about dealing with Casco Bay Ford was it is a local, small business in my neighborhood. I received the personal touch from Ethan Duval. He listened to what I wanted, and they searched, and located 'my car'. They had patience with my financing process and even put the license plates on after I registered the car. Great experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Anthony was very patient and answered all questions about the vehicle and because we lived over 300 hundred miles from the dealership he even went out and took pictures of the vehicles exterior and interior so we could see what we were purchasing.
